Student Job – Content Creator (m/f/x) – Brussels – MSF Belgium

CONTEXT 

The medical department of MSF Belgium (OCB - Operational Center Brussels) is composed of multiple specialists based across a network of units worldwide (Belgium, Brazil, Ivory Coast, Lebanon, Luxembourg, and South Africa) and works in close collaboration with operations, other OCB departments and MSF movement. We are also supporting the projects of MSF WACA (West Africa and Central Africa). 

Information & Knowledge Management (IKM) of the medical department is instrumental in building the culture of capturing and sharing information and knowledge, enabling effectiveness in operations as well as individual and organizational learning. The IKM group is composed of the Knowledge and Editing Officer, the Documentalist, IKM Officer and the Content Creator.  

As the Content Creator in the IKM team, you will be creating mainly animated or digitally drawn audio-visual content, based on the department’s needs and adapted to the context. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Create and edit videos  

  • Design online animated infographics for training on Information and Knowledge management 

  • Produce print materials (posters, leaflets) as needed on medical topics; develop templates for medical documents (e.g., guidelines, reports) 

  • Edit content on the Medical MSF Intranet Website  

  • Maintain a database of all created content, keeping track of final versions and accompanying written materials, including translation 

REQUIREMENTS 

Education & Experience 

  • Currently enrolled as a student at any educational institution, regardless of age or academic level 

  • Experience in video creation (also on smartphone) and post-production editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva is required

Languages 

  • Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken is mandatory 

  • Good knowledge of Arabic is considered an asset  

CONDITIONS 

  • Expected starting date: As soon as possible

  • Location: Brussels (Belgium) 

  • Contract type: Student contract – 1 day (7.5 hours) / per week

  • Contract duration: 22nd of June 2026, during the 9-month period you must be a student 

  • Salary according to MSF-OCB HQ grid 

  • Meal Vouchers - 100% reimbursement for public transportation costs
