L&D HR/FIN & Supply team intern (m/f/x) – Brussels – MSF Belgium
CONTEXT
MSF is looking for an intern for the Learning & Development (L&D) unit to support its Learning Solutions circle, and specifically the HR, Finance & Supply team within the Learning Solutions Circle.
This team is in charge of designing, implementing, and promoting solutions - mainly courses - that address the learning needs of the Supply, HR, and Finance employees in our programs.
Under the supervision and with the support of two L&D referents for FIN, HR & Supply, the intern will be progressively in charge of the following activities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organization and co-facilitation of learning events
- Booking of Zoom/Teams meetings and communication of the practical information to the relevant stakeholders
- Technical facilitation of learning events, specifically HR, FIN and/or supply onboarding sessions and ad hoc other events for our programs’ employees
- Promotion of the learning offer through the update of the intranet learning offer pages
- Analysis of courses’ evaluation surveys and other & data
- Support to e-learnings’ development and translation
- Support to the translation of e-learnings for the Supply department: translation of some learning materials to French, Spanish or Portuguese (depending on the intern profile), proofreading of the materials in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, integration of the translated materials in the e-learnings
- Support to the creation of a new Finance (Accounting) e-learning and to the review of existing Supply e-learnings: learning materials adaptation or creation
- New e-learnings “Design testing” assessing their quality and efficiency before their publication
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Academic background in Development Studies/ Pedagogy/Educational sciences and/or social sciences
Competencies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and respond to changing work situations
- Demonstrates creativity
- Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in learning events organization and facilitation is an asset
- Computer skills: proficiency in O365, MS Office Suite. Knowledge of learning apps (Mural, Mentimeter, Klaxoon) and LMS (Totara) is an asset
Languages
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Excellent French writing skills is a strong asset
- Excellent Spanish/Portuguese writing skills is an asset
CONDITIONS
- Expected starting dates: April 2025
- Location*: Brussels (Belgium) - necessity to be present at the Brussels Office
*Due to legal administrative constraints, future interns must already reside in Belgium with the right to stay and study in Belgium within a Belgian study establishment; or reside in Europe as part of studies in a European study establishment (accepting that the internship is carried out in another European country), have a right of residence and study in Europe and be ready to move and find accommodation in Belgium for the duration of the internship at their own expense
- Contract type: Unpaid student Internship - Mandatory student internship with school convention
- Internship duration: Minimum 4 months; Up to 6 months
- Time allocation: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
